Refund and Return Policy
Items may be returned based on customer complaints, but only for valid reasons. The requests can be made within the app if the order is not shipped and after the product is shipped cancellation can be requested by contacting support@ayani.in. If an item is damaged in transit, a replacement will be sent at no cost. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is required before the item can be refunded. Returns will be accepted only if the product is in its original packaging, unopened and unused, and is returned with the same distributor on the same delivery day. We will accept the returned product and issue a credit note for the value of the returned products, which will be credited to your account. This does not apply to payments made upon delivery. No returns will be accepted for any product that arrives in good condition, and we reserve the right to limit or refuse the acceptance of returns of specific products at any time and for any reason. The customer must return the product in the same condition as received. Refunds, after deducting processing fees, will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of initiation. If empty jars aren't returned during delivery or due to customer unavailability or any other reason, we may cancel the order. The order amount will be refunded after deducting the service charge. The customer is obligated to pay the service charge, as we've already incurred logistics costs, even if the order is canceled. If a customer requests a refund for a wallet top-up that includes an extra offer value, the refund will only include the actual top-up value, and the cost of any delivered items will be deducted before the refund is issued. The requested refund will reflect in the original payment method in 3-5 business days.
Refund of security deposit/Lock in cost
Ayani charges a modest security fee of Rs.150, for each jar you order from us. This deposit is collected to assure a high level of quality for the jars and to serve as a little compensation if a jar is not returned by the customer. Rest assured that the security deposit will be refunded once the service is discontinued, as long as the jars are returned in good condition. There are no fees for returning Ayani jars unless they are broken or severely damaged.
Cancellation Policy
If a customer cancels an order on which delivery has not yet begun, no charges will apply. If a customer asks to cancel an order that has already begun and is in transit (by calling our customer service support), charges may apply depending upon the distributor.
If a customer cancels an order, the order value will be refunded to your wallet within 3 -5 business hours, not to your original payment method. The customer can contact customer support service to have it returned to the original payment method.
